Pasta grilled pork with black pepper sauce

Raw material & Ingredients

  1. Black pepper sauce J-Lek
  2. Basil leaf
  3. Prok shoulder
  4. Cherry tomatoes
  5. Salt
  6. Black pepper
  7. Vegetable oil
  8. Chopped garlic
  9. Red Chili
  10. Pasta
  11. Young pepercorn
  12. Soy sauce

Cooking Step

  1. To grill sliced pok neck, and sprinkle little salt and pepper.
  2. Stir fry garlic and bird’s eye chili, then put pasta and add mild pepper.
  3. Add Black pepper sauce “J-Lek”, basil leaves, cherry tomato, stir fry until cooked.
  4. Serve with grilled pork neck
