Grilled catfish and sweet fish sauce with neem

Raw material & Ingredients

  1. Tamarind sauce J-Lek
  2. Deep fried garlic
  3. Chili dry
  4. Coriander

Cooking Step

  1. Simmer Tamarind sauce “J-Lek” until boiled.
  2. Add fried garlic, dried chili, coriander, and simmer until cooked.
  3. Serve with Neem or desired vegetable.
