Quality Assurance Policy

1. Defected product caused by manufacturer such as damaged cap

Warranty

1. Company reserves the right not to accept claim in any cases except miss delivery of damaged product(s) caused by production process such as damaged cap

2. In the event of damaged product(s) caused by delivery procees, please infrom company within 3 working days since the receiving date by contacting through KRS Shopping inbox or Line ID: @j-lek. Having product(s) longer than 3 days since the receiving date will be considered as customer is willing to accept product(s)

Claiming Channel

Customer may send product(s) with original receipt to K.R.S SHOPPING 19/8 Moo 1, 1/17 Alley, Sub Province Klongsam, Province Klongluang, Pathumtani 12120. Tel 02-569-6317 Ext. 232, 080-735-2820.
Claiming process will take up to 7 days since the claiming received for checking and proceeding the new product(s) delivery respectively.

Refund Policy

Company will refund to customer only in the event that we cannot deliver product(s) following to customer’s order

Refund Period

1. For credit card purchasing, it will take 15-20 day for commercial bank registered in Thailand depends on customer’s bank schedule

2. For Internet Banking purchase, company will refund to the same name and account that is used for purchasing only which will take 2-3 working days

Cancellation Policy

Customer cannot revoke purchase order once the payment is settled
