Delivery Policy

1. Company reserves the right not to deliver product(s) in case of incompleted delivery information

2. Company reserves the right not to accept claim in any cases except miss delivery of damaged product(s) caused by production process such as damaged cap

3. Company will deliver product(s) within 1-2 days since the payment has been sucessfully confirmed

4. In the event of damaged product(s) caused by delivery procees, please infrom company within 3 working days since the receiving date by contacting through KRS Shopping inbox or Line ID: @j-lek

In the event of customer refuse to accept the good(s), company reserves the right not to refund delivery cost at any circumstances. Delivery staff is responsible only for delivering product(s), does not have authority to make any decision on claiming

5. Delivery status tracking. Customer may track delivery status from Line ID: @j-lek or through membership channel at www.krsshopping.com by loging in and check the status from menu “My Order”
