Roasted duck in red curry sauce

Raw material & Ingredients

  1. Red curry sauce J-Lek
  2. Thai Eggplant
  3. Turkey berry
  4. Chilli
  5. Basil leaf
  6. Roasted duck

Cooking Step

  1. Pour red curry sauce into a hot frying pan until it is boiled.
  2. Add pea eggplant, turkey berry, Add on high heat until it is boiled.
  3. Add roasted duck, chili and basil.
  4. Wait until it is cooked and ready to be served.
