Pasta grilled pork with black pepper sauce
Raw material & Ingredients
- Black pepper sauce J-Lek
- Basil leaf
- Prok shoulder
- Cherry tomatoes
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Vegetable oil
- Chopped garlic
- Red Chili
- Pasta
- Young pepercorn
- Soy sauce
Cooking Step
- To grill sliced pok neck, and sprinkle little salt and pepper.
- Stir fry garlic and bird’s eye chili, then put pasta and add mild pepper.
- Add Black pepper sauce “J-Lek”, basil leaves, cherry tomato, stir fry until cooked.
- Serve with grilled pork neck
