Chicken pop with crispy garlic tamarind sauce

Raw material & Ingredients

  1. Tamarind sauce J-Lek
  2. Chicken breast
  3. Light soya sauce
  4. Crispy flour
  5. Crispy garlic
  6. Oil

Cooking Step

  1. Mix chicken’s breast with soy sauce, and all purpose flour thoroughly, then bring to stir fry.
  2. Simmer Tamarind sauce “J-Lek” until boiled.
  3. Put deep fried chicken’s breast, and stir fry thoroughly.
  4. Sprinkle crispy garlic.
  5. Ready to eat.
