“Miang kham” Spicy cockle salad

Raw material & Ingredients

  1. Traditional thai seafood sauce J-Lek
  2. Lemon grass
  3. Kaffir lime leaves
  4. Cockle
  5. Chili paste
  6. Shallot
  7. Chilli
  8. Kaffir lime leaves
  9. Lemon grass
  10. Wildbetal leafbush
  11. Water

Cooking Step

  1. Boil water, add lemon grass and kaffir lime leaves.
  2. scald cockle.
  3. Pour J-Lek seafood sauce, add chili paste, minced shallot, minced kaffir lime leaves, minced lemon grass, scalded cockle and mix them well.
  4. Serve with betel leaf
