  2. Coriander root
  3. Sea bass
  4. Culantro
  5. Spring onion

Cooking Step

How to scald sea bass

  1. Boil water and Add coriander root.
  2. Add sliced sea bass into the boiled water.

How to make spicy dipping sauce

  1. Pour J-Lek thai spicy sauce into a small cup.
  2. Add coriander and celery.
  3. Serve with cooked sea bass.
