Raw material & Ingredients

  1. Massaman curry paste
  2. Oil
  3. Coconut milk
  4. Meat
  5. Shallot
  6. Potato
  7. Fish sauce
  8. Tamarind juice
  9. Palm sugar
  10. Peanut

Cooking Step

  1. Stir fry Massaman curry paste “J-Lek” brand with oil until have aroma
  2. Put coconut milk, beef, potato, onion, then heating together until boil
  3. Add fish sauce, tamarind paste, palm sugar peanut, and heating until well cooked.
  4. Serve with hot steamed rice
