Crilled chicken panang sauce with avocado salsa

Raw material & Ingredients

  1. Panang curry paste J-Lek
  2. Oil
  3. Coconut milk
  4. Fish sauce
  5. Palm sugar
  6. Tomato
  7. Sweet pepper
  8. Avocado
  9. Shallot
  10. Garlic
  11. Tabasco
  12. Lime juice
  13. Paprika powder
  14. Coriander
  15. Roasting chicken

Cooking Step

  1. Stir fry J-Lek Panang curry paste.
  2. Add fish sauce, coconut milk and small amout of coconut sugar.
  3.  Add tomato, sweet chili, avocado, shallot, garlic, tabasco, lime juice, paprika powder coriander and mix together.
  4. Serve with hot white rice
