Cooking Step
- Stir fry Massaman curry paste “J-Lek” brand with oil until have aroma
- Put coconut milk, beef, potato, onion, then heating together until boil
- Add fish sauce, tamarind paste, palm sugar peanut, and heating until well cooked.
- Serve with hot steamed rice
