Cooking Step

1. 1. Stir fry Massaman curry paste “J-Lek” brand until cooked.
2. Add coconut milk, potato, red onion, tamarind paste, palm sugar, peanut, cook until boiled.
3. Serve with grilled duck and egg noodle.
