- Massaman curry paste J-Lek
- Vegetable Oil
- Coconut milk
- Potato
- Shallots
- Tamarind juice
- Palm sugar
- Peanut
- Fish sauce
Cooking Step
- 1. Stir fry Massaman curry paste “J-Lek” brand until cooked.
- Add coconut milk, potato, red onion, tamarind paste, palm sugar, peanut, cook until boiled.
- Serve with grilled duck and egg noodle.
