Spicy curry with winter melon and pork

Raw material & Ingredients

  1. Red curry paste J-Lek
  2. Oil
  3. Coconut milk
  4. Pork
  5. Winter melon
  6. Lime leaf
  7. Fish sauce
  8. Palm sugar
  9. Basil leaf
  10. Red chili

Cooking Step

  1. Stir fry Red Curry Paste “J-Lek” with oil till aroma.
  2. Add coconut milk, pork meat, winter gourd, kaffir lime leaves, water, palm sugar, basil leaves, red chili, cook until it’s boiled.
  3. Serve with hot steamed rice
