- Red curry paste J-Lek
- Oil
- Coconut milk
- Pork
- Winter melon
- Lime leaf
- Fish sauce
- Palm sugar
- Basil leaf
- Red chili
Cooking Step
- Stir fry Red Curry Paste “J-Lek” with oil till aroma.
- Add coconut milk, pork meat, winter gourd, kaffir lime leaves, water, palm sugar, basil leaves, red chili, cook until it’s boiled.
- Serve with hot steamed rice
